Jim Murphy was connected with the legendary blues club the Rynborn both when it was in Antrium and Keene. He started Murphy’s Blues band while performing there in 2004 with his son Jeff Murphy. The band was going strong up until 2020. He recorded two Blues-Rock, soul/Funk albums Jump and Shout 2016, and Attic Heat in 2020. His current band is Attic Heat. Jim has lead many jam sessions and has been a champion of music in Keene for decades. We're happy to have him start hosting our semi-regular BLUES NIGHT!

We are very happy to have BLUES NIGHT funded by a partnership with Savings Bank of Walpole. Any donations that come in will get split between The Community Kitchen and the Nova Programming Fund.
