We do try to combine traveling and area performers in creative ways so that every show contains opportunities for the artists and audience to meet new people and experience new sounds. We focus mostly on original material, but that is not a hard rule, as evidenced by our Blues, Honkytonk, Jazz, and Bluegrass sessions.

The best way for a local person to get on our radar is to come to shows. We love getting to know the folks that are part of the music community, and seeing you repeatedy at the events we present definitely increases the chance for potential collaboration.
This will help us get to know you and keep you in mind for future programming.

We want your show to be successful and we want people there!
We take care of posters (though if you’re local, help on that front is appreciated), we maintain a social media presence, send out press releases, and we send out a regular newsletter. We ask that you also promote the show! It is helpful if you are not playing an area show (Brattleboro, Peterborough, Concord, Greenfield MA) in the month before or after your show at Nova.
