How do I get tickets?
We offer single-day passes, and a weekend pass that covers the entire weekend. Get yours [HERE].

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to someone else. Please review all Nova Arts policies before purchasing.

Will my pass get me into everything?
Your pass grants access to all events, but space is limited. Entry is first come, first served, so we recommend arriving early! See the full schedule [HERE].

Can I bring my kids?
Yes! Shows at Nova Arts are all ages. Kids under 12 can enter with a donation—no need to purchase a separate pass. Kids 12 and older will need a ticket.

Location & Parking

Where does the Thing in the Spring happen?
Nova Arts is part of a collaborative space at 48 Emerald St, Keene, NH. This year we are also presenting a show at the Colonial Theater at 95 Main Street.

Where can I park?
We have limited parking at Nova on 48 Emerald St, and downtown Keene has plenty of easy, affordable parking. The Commercial Street Lot is just a minute’s walk from Nova. Street & metered parking is free on Sundays and free after 5 PM, Monday-Saturday.

Venues & Seating

How many stages are there?
Nova have two stages at Nova—one indoors and one outdoors. The Saturday night show is happening at the historical downtown theater, The Colonial.

Is there seating available?
All Nova are standing room only, with a limited number of seats available on a first come, first served basis. Please let us know if you need a seat for accessibility and we’ll set one aside for you. The colonial theater show is General Admission seated.

Is the venue accessible?

Our wheelchair-accessible entrance is at the front of the building. If you need any other accommodations, please just ask a member of our team and we’ll be happy to assist!

Are there other happenings around town?
Yes! a number of festival-related events take place within walking distance of the main venue. We’ll provide updated directions and addresses for off-site performances.

Food & Drinks

Is food and drink available during the Thing?
Absolutely! Brewbakers & Terra Nova Coffee (on site) offer a great selection of food and drinks, including:

  • Post & Beam beers on tap + a special limited-edition can

  • Cutwater cocktails, kombucha, wine, hard cider, hard seltzer

  • A huge variety of non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, and teas

  • Brunch and lunch before the show

  • Special food offerings during concerts (stay tuned for details!)

There are also great restaurants within walking distance if you’d like to explore the area.
